We want you to love what you ordered. Here's how returns work.
We accept returns on new, unopened merchandise purchased from us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unaltered condition with original packaging intact. We do not accept returns on opened, damaged, or altered merchandise.
Since we do not upcharge for shipping, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are equal to the sales price of the item at the time of purchase. We currently do not charge a restocking fee, though we reserve the right to introduce them on a case-by-case basis if the policy is abused.
Exceptions — We Always Make It Right
Manufacturer defects (no, that hand was not supposed to fall off Superman!) and fulfillment errors on our end (you received Donatello instead of Squirtle) are fully covered. In these cases, we will either send the correct item or issue a full refund including return shipping — your choice.
How to Start a Return
